Our mission is to alleviate the burden of financial stress that often accompanies a stage 4 triple-negative breast cancer diagnosis so that young women can focus on their health and well-being. Through community engagement, fundraising efforts, and strategic partnerships, we aim to create a compassionate network of support that empowers these brave women to embrace their journey with strength and determination.
Our nonprofit organization, Jaclynn’s Wish Inc., was created in remembrance of Jaclynn Smith, an amazing young woman, daughter, sister, and friend who was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer at the age of 29. Following countless treatments and surgeries, she eventually went into remission. Unfortunately, the cancer returned, and despite additional treatments and surgeries, the disease took her life just after her 32nd birthday on May 29th, 2023. Read Jaclynn’s full story here.
Throughout her life, Jaclynn was always ready to help those in need, and this foundation was created to do just that! Specifically, Jaclynn’s Wish is dedicated to providing financial assistance to women between the ages of 21-40 who have been diagnosed with stage 4 triple-negative breast cancer.

Grant Application
Those in active treatment for Triple Negative Breast Cancer can apply to receive a grant from Jaclynn’s Wish foundation. Grants are awarded in April 2025.
